- Aufbau Ost
- I was born and raised in Leipzig/ (East) Germany. I lived in Michigan the past 6 years and I recently returned to Germany to work on my Dissetation in Political Science. I am naturally very interested in Politics. This blog is called "Aufbau Ost" because this is my main interest in politics - the (re-)construction of East Germany - politically and economically. However I am interested in many other political subjects as well. My second passion is photography.

This is lovely. Leipzig and environs are so pretty, perfect for bike tours...So it's not snowing there yet?
No not here yet, but a few miles south there was already some snow.
These pictures were taken last weekend and temps were still in the 50s and 60s then. Since then they dropped down to freezing. The forcast says it will get warmer though.
